An amazing adventure is going to start this weekend September 13, when 200 new butterflies are going to hatch out and fill the Tropical Butterfly House.

In autumn, when the sun is going lower and other tropical butterflies are becoming less active, the butterflies from South America quite contrary are still vital and dynamic. Next pair of weeks the Tropical Butterfly House will be crowded by the Zebra Longwing Butterflies and Postman Butterflies, whilst some Indian Leaf Butterflies will be hiding camouflaged in the foliage as a dead leaf. One can also observe the caterpillars of the Great Mormon Butterflies and Owl Butterflies on the Lemon trees and Bananas.

Butterfly House is open throughout the summer; however, one has to bear in mind that working hours differ from the working hours of the Botanical Garden and the entrance ticket in  Butterfly House must be payed extra to the entrance fee in the Garden.
